PRICES

Our prices are:

Base: ex-works or ex-store.
Taxes: excluding VAT (21% for Belgium).
Environmental taxes:
Environmental taxes: excluding local contributions (Recupel, etc.).
Additional costs: packaging, delivery, unloading, and insurance not included.

PAYMENT TERMS

Our standard payment terms are:

Unregistered customers: upon order placement.
Registered customers: according to negotiated terms.
Legal basis: based on European Directive 2011/7/EU (late payments).

DELIVERY TIME

Duration: generally between 3 and 10 days.
Validation: To be confirmed upon request after receipt of the order.

WARRANTY

Duration: 1 year (unless otherwise stipulated).
Coverage: parts and labor.
