Light curing mounting has the advantages of speed, low viscosity, transparency and so on.
The METAMON-7 Automatic Light Curing Cold Mounting Machine, which uses dual wavelength LED lights, is dedicated to light curing of light curing mounting.
Cold light source, no thermal radiation, the surface temperature rise of the illuminated product is low, to solve the problem of thermal damage in the mounting process.
The transparent light curing mounting fills the void in the sample to achieve a tight bond between the sample and mounting, so that the sample is well protected and supported during the grinding and polishing process.
