The MS-3a Wireless Brinell Indentation Measuring System is the third-generation product of the factory.
  • The instrument consists of a wireless camera, a tablet computer, indentation automatic measurement software, and standard indentation blocks.
  • The instrument captures Brinell hardness indentation images through the camera, automatically identifies the indentations and measures their diameters, and directly displays the Brinell hardness value.
  • The camera and tablet computer are connected wirelessly via Wi-Fi, which is flexible and convenient to operate. It avoids the unstable connection caused by loose USB interfaces, bent cables, or mechanical damage to cables.
  • The camera adopts advanced lighting and imaging technologies, making the indentation images clear with high contrast.
  • The indentation measurement image processing software with leading international technology has the ability to simultaneously measure three types of indentations: 10 mm, 5 mm, and 2.5 mm. Combined with a measurement resolution of up to 1 um, it has high measurement accuracy, measurement repeatability, and strong ability to identify low-quality indentations. This outstanding performance is at the international leading level.
  • The standard indentation blocks with unique Tianxing features come with calibration certificates issued by the metrology department, used to verify the measurement accuracy of the instrument. Each indentation block has four standard indentations with different diameters, and the indentation diameters are marked below the indentations, with the values accurate to 0.1 um.
  • The method of using standard indentation blocks to calibrate the Brinell indentation measurement system complies with the provisions of clause 5-4.3 of GB/T231.2-2022. The instrument measurement is accurate, with high resolution, and can meet the requirements of most application scenarios.

  • Tablet. The three-proof tablet (waterproof, dustproof, shockproof) is very convenient to use. It can be fixed on the palm with an elastic wristband or hung on the chest with a double-shoulder strap.
